        I. Time Limit

 

        Time limit for import declaration: Goods must be declared to the customs within 14 days after arrival at the port。If the customs exceeds the deadline, it will collect the delayed declaration fee (based on the value of the goods) on a daily basis for more than three months, the Customs will be sold as unowned goods。

 

        Time limit for export declaration: 24 hours before loading。
